You see, I too experienced most of these awful symptoms and more for years!  I felt horribly uncomfortable a lot of the time and looked 9 months pregnant by most evenings.  Many nights I lay awake unable to sleep for hours because I felt like someone had removed my intestines, put them into a box and was shaking it!  Now, virtually all those are a thing of the past!


And over the last 11 years I’ve helped many clients to be free of those annoying or debilitating symptoms and feel normal again.

With a holistic approach that treats you as an individual! Your body is unique and there are a number of different possible causes of your symptoms, including stress and anxiety, what you eat, how well you digest your food, gut bacterial imbalance and even gut infections.


Hypnotherapy has long been clinically proven to be effective in helping to reduce the discomfort and regulate how smoothly food passes through your gastrointestinal tract.  It can also help reduce stress and anxiety, which will also improve your digestion and therefore reduce your symptoms.


But hypnotherapy alone may not be enough.  As both a clinical hypnotherapist experience has shown me a combined approach is best.  I can help to guide you through the process of discovering which foods may be causing or aggravating your symptoms.  And depending on your symptoms and history it’s sometimes necessary to do some tests to find out whether you might have an infection.  If you do then we can work out which treatment options will suit you best.
